joyv
I see this error message whenever I try to add a new product or duplicate one. How can I fix this? Is it database related? I'm running the latest version of prestashop. I have seen others posting the same problem and no solution is given.

joyv
This happens after I import products via the csv import tool. A few products did not import but I want still able to continue using the tool and import other. After completing my imports I went back to added the products that did not import from the csv and I get the error. Are the products stored in the database even tho they are not imported correctly? How can I find them in the database?

joyv
I get this error whenever I try to add a new product or duplicate one. How do I clear all product related data from the database?
Fabien Serny
I just thought that it could come from a module which is hooked to the product add. Did the problem occured just after installing PrestaShop or after uploading a module (or upgrading PrestaShop) ?
joyv
After using the csv import it started. I even did a clean install and the problem recurred after doing an import. If I can figure out how to get around this I will be manually adding products in the future.
joyv
After I remove everything I can find in the DB related to products and categories I can then create one new product. After that I get the error when I try to add another product or duplicate the existing one. I can create new categories no problem.
Fabien Serny
Very weird. I'm pretty sure this is coming from a module. Could you send me by private message your back office and ftp access to take a look ? I'm sure it can be solved easily
