2 issues, Payment error message and uploading attachment

I am using version 1.3.6.0 and my website is called www.thera-bands.co.uk

 

I have a strage situation where some of my products get error messages sent from my website to the buyer even though the payment has been accepted on Paypal. For example people purchasing a gold thera-band always get an error message, where as people purchasing a blue thera-band or the multi packs do not. As far as I can tell, I have entered exactly the same type of information on the catalogue for both products.

 

I have also been struggling to find a way to upload a pdf file from by desktop onto one of the pages of my website. It appears on the attachment page of the catalogue, but I can't see it on the website itself.

 

Any help really appreciated.

it depends what error is happening, the cause might be different.

 

if you are using old version of Paypal, there could be some price calculation, total amount rounding difference errors. for specific price, the round issue happens.. I am not sure if that is your scenario.

for the attachment, you have finished one step. you just added the attachment to your catalog so it will be available for you to use it for your product.

 

next you need to do is to add the attachment to your product which you think will use the attachment.

 

after that, you will see a new tab "Download" appears at your product page in front office.
