skate Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 Hello, I have a problem, I had all the night reading most of the forum and other forums and don,t found solution. My problem is: Yesterday install a new theme, I install it correctly, but I was being tested and continuously I changed the theme I did it 3 or 4 times in a few minutes to saw some checks, while another person was conected to back office from another site with the same username and password. We were talking to phone being tested. But suddenly block it and we can´t access to back office, when I wrote user and password the page continually tells us "the employee does not exist or password is wrong". I push remember password but I back out again to the same page(remember password screen) without any error , but in the email do not get anything. The e-shop is disabled so anyone can see it, besides the message "temporarily disabled for maintenance" appeared in English but before appeared in Spanish. Anybody can give me some solution?
