planb Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 Hi everyone, I hope someone can help clear this up because it's got me puzzled. In the past month, I've had around £2,000 of orders racked up in carts, then abandoned. These range from people buying single books to huge orders that the customer has obviously spent some time on. My site is here: http://tinyurl.com/5w53cpt Now, being books, I can understand people going to Amazon or the Book Depository, but why bother creating a big order on my site only to leave? They can't export the order as an ISBN list, so it'd be useless trying to take the titles to another websites ordering system. Could this be a glitch?
