jaxchris Posted October 25, 2011 Share Posted October 25, 2011 I am having an issue with my quick-order check out page. I have a customer paying with credit card (authorizeaim) and after entering all of the credit card information and clicking (validate order) they do not goto the confirmation page. The customer is being directed (quick-order?isPaymentStep=true) and they see their checkout page again. Any idea what could be causing this? I have attempted to clear my cache and cookies to see if this was messing with something but still having the same problem. Attempted on my android smart phone and still received the same issue. Meanwhile some customers can check out without an issue. jaxchris Posted October 25, 2011 Author Share Posted October 25, 2011 I am using gosquared.com and have seen customers recycle through the checkoutpage multiple times and I can only assume they have received this same error and did not complete the transaction because of this.
