sakk Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 Hi There, I am new to PrestaShop and need your immediate attention to a problem which I do not understand. Last week I downloaded PrestaShop and starts developing my online store with it. Everything runs smoothly, and today all at a sudden the admin section is not accessible with this error: When I try to access admin section with my email and password, it gives the error message which is attached with this post. http://paksweetsonline.com/administrator/index.php The front end site was also not loading, but I replaced config/config.inc.php file and it starts working but I cannot access admin section. I am going to pass this directly to our development team, and they will hopefully be able to help you resolve this very quickly. The developer handling this issue for you posted a request for more information several hours ago, and is now waiting on your response.
