Erreur paypal 10417

Bonjour

 

depuis ce matin mes client rencontre un pb de paiement cb via paypal.

Voici l'erreur :

• L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10417
  
• L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Transaction cannot complete.
  
• L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The transaction cannot complete successfully. Instruct the customer to use an alternative payment method.
  
• L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

L'erreur 10417 survient lorsque le(s) moyen(s) de paiement relié(s) au compte de votre client sont expiré(s) ou que les fonds sont insuffisants.

et suivi d'une autre à 8 minutes d'intervalles, peut etre le même client ?

L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Buyer Cannot Pay.

L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The Buyer cannot pay with PayPal for this Transaction.

L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

comment savoir quel est le client qui rencontre ces problèmes, dansle panier j'ai rien pour cette date/heure ?

Bonjour Paoparts,

 

Si vous utilisez l'option dans votre Back Office dans la configuration du module PayPal, mode debug seulement vous pouvez peut être récupérer l'email de votre client.
