Change displayName of authorize.net AIM

I'm trying to edit the excessively long (and redundant) displayName for authorize.net module which reads everywhere as:

Authorize.net AIM (Advanced Integration Method)

This prints on order screens, invoices, etc. and is basically just annoyingly long and overly descriptive for customer use. It even overflows over the right borderline on the invoice pdf.

 

So I edited \modules\authorizeaim\config.xml and changed the displayName tag to what I want to display. But changes are not reflected anywhere in which this displayName is used throughout PS. I've tried both "reset" and uninstall/reinstall from admin, but nothing seems to change it. Any help as to how to make this stick would be appreciated.
