Data intgrity hack attempt on stage 3 install wont let me move

Can anybody help

 

im continually getting data integrity not valided hack attempt on stage 3 install and i have changed it on database, database password, cookies and still getting it

 

Any ideas,

 

Its been a week of solid work trying to upgrade and now iv gone to a full reinstall and still struggling
