Can't Login to back office New Install 1.4.4.1 On IIS 6.0 Windows Srv 2003

This is a fresh install of Presta Shop 1.4.4.1 on Microsoft Server 2003 Using IIS 6.0 as the webserver. PHP Ver 5.36 using Fast CGI.

I cannot Login to the Back office using IE8,Fire Fox 6.01, or Safari 5.1. The front of the store will not add items to the cart. The items appear to fly to the cart but the never showup. The only browser that works for this install is Opera 11.50. But to login to the back office I have to drop the www portion of the url address. It must be something simple that I am doing wrong. This is going to be a commercial shopping cart and if Opera is the only browser that works I am losing a large customer viewing base. I am hoping the development team has an easy fix.
