aminmix Posted September 11, 2011 Share Posted September 11, 2011 Hi , i`m in trouble I`ve uploaded prestashop from localhost to server but when i visit my website , the page goes to "http://localhost/store/" instead of "http://nouzohoor.com/store/" the website url is "http://nouzohoor.com/store/" I have defined the setting.inc.php but still have the problem please help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kerm Posted September 12, 2011 Share Posted September 12, 2011 Just don't need test/install/use before on local computer. Best its install right on server where site must be and test etc... If u use some denwer or topserver, dreamweaver u need to create domen with same name where u pleace after work done, and u dont see that problem anymore. theme_designer Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 If you want to move your shop from local to online there is only three steps: 1. Copying all files inside your web account through FTP 2. Copying your local PrestaShop database's data to your online database 3. Editing your setting.inc.php file Inside the /config/setting.inc.php file you should change your PS_BASE_URI to "/" because you uploaded the PrestaShop files on the root of your web space.
