oriepl Posted September 10, 2011 Share Posted September 10, 2011 I updated the shop to 1.4.4.0 and nobody could now log in or order something, also when I "downgrade" back to the old version nothing helps. www.refinished-lakeballs.com i always get this error when the user wants to checkout some order. 01. Authentication failed! nanozombi Posted September 18, 2011 Share Posted September 18, 2011 Same happens to me... can't log in as a customer or create a new account. Table customer seems to be ok. I followed exactly the Prestashop Reference Guide to Upgrade and I'm still working on the newly created directory /prestashop/ , I still didn't move the new version to the root as I found this problem. Almost everything else seems to be ok. Any ideas? Thanks a lot Oliver, did you succeed in fixing this? I saw at your site that it is possible to create new accounts.
