fashionpup
Hi everyone I'm after a good module that allows me to sell gift vouchers of any amounts. The requirements are: Customers can select the voucher amount of their choice Customers can input the recipient's email address Customers pay for it and the voucher is automatically emailed to the recipient The transaction will be generated in the system and a voucher code specific to the recipient will be generated. Can anyone please suggest something? Thank you
Mike Kranzler
Hi fashionpup, Check out this module in the PrestaShop Addons Store: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/front-office-features/379-gift-voucher.html Please let me know if that is what you're looking for! -Mike
OC2PS
I am looking for such a module as well. Unfortunately the module referred to by Mike implements core modifications, so I am steering clear of that one...
OC2PS
Ideally, I'd like to do something like Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/gc
Mike Kranzler
We also offer this module, but it emails confirmation to the gifter, not the giftee: http://addons.prestashop.com/en/pricing-promotion/2376-gift-certificates.html -Mike
OC2PS
but it emails confirmation to the gifter, not the giftee It should be an easy fix to add the option to send voucher to recipient (copied to benefactor)...right?
Mike Kranzler
Unfortunately, I can't answer that. You would need to speak with a developer about what can and can't be done within the module. -Mike
