I did some test orders and did delete these orders again but the items are not added to the stock again. Why is this not happening? How can i let prestashop add products back to the stock when i delete or cancel a order? This is also very important when a customer sends back a item and i want to cancel this order and refund him... please tell me the best solution how to do this? many thanks 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
phrasespot Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 Do not just cancel the order using order status drop-down. If you want cancellation to restock the shop, go to the order and cancel the product (if all products in an order are cancelled, the order will be cancelled as well).
