TryTwo
Hi Guys, I'm at my wits end. I'm in desperate need of assistance. My web host moved my site over the weekend without telling me. Now, I'm finding broken things all over the place. The first one I can't work out is adding items to the cart. When you click 'add to cart', the item is added, but it doesn't show. I can see "you have 1 item in your cart", but the amount says $0.00 It does add shipping cost, and the item itself is then marked out of stock. What do I begin looking for to fix this? shokinro
You can try to clear prestashop cache by switching off/on and see if this will help. Back Office - Preferences - Performance Smarty: force compile : yes, cache: no Cache: No (at page bottom) After above setting, try to access the pages and see if there is anything changed. Also you can set the "display_error" to "on" and "_PS_DEBUG_SQL_" to ture in /config/config.inc.php then run your pages to see if there is any error happens. (maybe new server configuration will affect your site)
TryTwo
Did as you said, no luck. Shopping cart summary Your shopping cart contains 3 products Product Description Ref. Avail. Unit price Qty Total Total products: $0.00 Total shipping: $10.00 Total: $10.00 So I turned on the error codes in the config.inc.php file you said. No errors show on the cart either...
