[Solved] Friendly URL works...., but not for the category pages

All,

I have the following problem with Friendly URL. I read about 20 pages of Friendly URL-topics, but I cannot find a solution.

I enabled Friendly URL in the BO. I generated a .htacces-file and Friendly URL seems to work fine. Except...for my category pages. These are still like: http://www.my-site.com/category.php?id_category=9

Other pages, like products, work fine.

My categories have friendly-url tags in the backoffice.

Who can help me find a solution?

Just found the problem.

I was using the Blockcategoriescache module instead of the standard blockcategories which came with Prestashop. When I disable the blockcategoriescache and enable the original one, my problem is solved.

Next thing I will try is to figue out which lines in the config causes this. probably blockcategoriescache does not handle friendly URL correctly.

hmm.... worked for you, but for me I have the same problem, but no blockcategoriescache module that I know of.

 

So still looking for a fix to this here.
