NO TAX for wholesale accounts

Hello,

I set up my shop to charge tax to California residents. It is working pretty fine.

My problem is when I created wholesale accounts. My main wholesale customer is based in California.

But when he places an order, I can get him to receive a discount, but the shop charges taxes to his order.

I cannot find a way to tell my backend office that wholesale accounts in California need not to pay sales tax.

I'm using version Version 1.3.6.0

Any help would be much appreciated.
