hippooflove Posted June 28, 2011 Share Posted June 28, 2011 I had an issue with the voucher module on 1.4 and spent ages looking through the forum looking for an answer or clue.<br/><br/>The thing that struck me was that there were a lot of questions on the subject but not many answers. if you look many of the questions on this subject are followed up by the person pleading for help.<br/><br/>I put it to the powers that be and the people with some knowledge that there should be a bit more info on this subject.<br/><br/>If there is some then I apologise but maybe we then need more information on where to find it.<br/><br/>thanks to all<br/><br/>Hippooflove Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My comment was general for all on Presta as I noticed a lot of unaswered questions on this issue, which we all know leads to frustration and people giving in.Its good to find a resource to read. As the voucher info in the linked guide does not include the field I think is causing my voucher problem (being applied after tax instead of before). also - what is the equivalent of subscribed threads on this forum? I will never see this post again...without the email I expect when a topic is replied to, or easy access to posts that I've participated in. Looked under the "View new content" menu item at the top of the web page and nothing comes up in anything I;ve clicked on, so no idea what others have posted in response to some pretty critical issues I wanted solved.
