Cannot log in to backoffice

I cannot find the path for for my backoffice login anymore - have tried anything, where can I find it again?

what is the error message?
wrong password or email address?

maybe you forgot your password or email address.
you can check your emaill though database ps_employee table via database tool like PhpMyAdmin

if you forgot password, first try use forgot password of PrestaShop.
if it doesn not work, please check it here for a solution

Hi,

no, my problem is much more...embarrassing. Normally I type in my shop URL and then Mozilla offers me all those URL I've used before, and the admin URL as well. I've cleaned up my computer and deleted all the cookies so no more URLs available and I cannot remember how to login in another way.

What is the normal way to get to your backoffice login site?

I know this is extremely stupid, but maybe somebody could help me despite of it?

usually the admin site URL was changed after installation.
Before change is "admin", if you don't remember, use FTP to browse the physically folders of your site to figure out the admin folder.

yes, I knwo the name of the admin folder, but whatever I type it's never correct.

It should be http://my-domain/admin(or the name of the adminfolder, right), is that correct?

When I try this it says that this URL was not found on this server. but what's strange is that there is always a https instead of http in the URL, it simply changes from http tp https.

Any ideas?

Use FTP or Control Panel to connect your server.
you should be able to see a list of folders.
then you can guess which one is your admin folder.
Or just try one by one.
