Search Bar don't work

Good day,

Maybe one can help me. I can't search anything via my search bar on the webshop.

I have tried reference number

I have tried the full productname

I tried a catergory

I already cleared cash

I did index all my products

My settings for search within word is enabled

My settings for search exact end match is enabled

 

What can I do more?

Is it default search bar? Any issues on console?

Turn on debug mode and see ajax xhr result in console of your browser.

Thank you guys for the respons it is the search bar on my webshop.

No issues find in concole.

Hello

You have 2 options for enabling debug mode:
1. From Back Office: 
 - Advanced Parameters > Performance > set Debug Mode to On.

2. Or Edit core file "/config/defines.inc.php" and change it from
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false);
to:
define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

Then you should check console and network request:

in Firefox: Right Click > Inspect (Q) > Network Tab (& Console Tab)
For other browsers is almost the same as Firefox Right Click and Inspect Element and find network and console tab.

Finally when you Type or search in Searchbar you should see the request or error in Network Tab and maybe some error in Console tab.
