Art G Posted September 4 Share Posted September 4 Hi all, I am wanting to try Prestashop to see if I like it, but am having so many problems... First of all I am using shared hosting with IONOS - uploading all the files for the latest version, and went through the setup, which failed every time at 20%. Have now managed to install and set up version 8.2.2 - successfully set up, deleted the install folder and then tried to view my homepage - to be met with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS... Cleared my cache as directed but it just keeps on happening. Didn't have any of these problems with Open Cart - I just don't like the way it looks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
musicmaster Posted September 5 Share Posted September 5 This error is often related to SSL. For example your server redirects to the http version and your shop redirects to the https version (or opposite). You should be able to enter the backoffice.
