CharlieHN Posted August 26 Share Posted August 26 Hello, Since thursday 21st August any order that gets sent for 3D Secure using the debit/credit card fields has been failing It looks to be a change with a PS Checkout JS file or something with PayPal themselves. I have tested this on multiple environments and removed, reinstalled the module and cleared the cache multiple times Does anyone else have the same issue? CharlieHN Posted August 28 Author Share Posted August 28 (edited) No module or site changes were made prior to seeing this We have a business contact at PayPal that has confirmed its an issue there end and affecting multiple merchants so waiting for them to try debug it In the meantime we've had to switch to the PayPal hosted card fields which is forcing some customers to sign up for a PayPalaccount and causing headaches Edited August 28 by CharlieHN Typo (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
