Can't install Prestashop 8.2.1 with Apache/2.4.58 (Win64) OpenSSL/3.1.3 PHP/8.2.12

Today I install Prestashop that I download from github and I can't install version Prestashop 8.2.1.

Always error in step Install Theme with message not clear 

1: HTTP 500 - error - {"success":true,"message":""}

Check for the server error log for details (i.e. WAMP/XMPP OR Apache error log according)

It is not a good idea to force people to click on shortlinks that can lead anywhere. It would have been much better to include the image in the post.
