Multistore bug with indexation

When you create a multistore you can copy your products to the new shops. However, this doesn't go perfectly with the indexation.

In the new shops the products are marked as indexed (the indexed flag in ps_product_shop is 1). Yet the indexation has NOT been copied. So you start with a new shop where nothing is indexed.

I filed a bug report but it doesn't look like that it getting any attention.

Can you please confirm if the table i.e. "ps_search_word" has the entries with new id_shop ?

I will try the same at my end later & will confirm.

The keyword for the products will remain the same, so I believe the only thing that needs to setup in indexing is the mapping of product keywords in "ps_search_word"  & "ps_search_index" table.

ps_search_word - mapping of keywords with shop and langauge_id
ps_search_index - mapping of previous_Table id & weight.

I created two new shops:

 - first I created a shop within the same group. That one has no entries in the ps_search_word table and is not indexed

 - then I created a shop within a new group. That one has entries in ps_search_word and is indexed

AI is in charge of Indexation and behaves kinda weird.
Try the manual form and push a few of the not indexed into the index, it takes several attempts.
Do a few register for new shop locally so from that front you also could get lucky.
