[SOLVED] Display Product on Website but Prevent Customers from Purchasing

I am currently completing setting up a site using a Prestashop 8.2 theme.

I have many products that for now need to display on the site - along with its price - but I do not want them to be added to the cart and purchased yet, while others can be purchased.

Is there somewhere on the product backend where I can indicate "Not for sale".

Yes, it is the "Available for order" option.

If you would like to have this option displayed also on product listings, check out the Gridder Module.

Yes - I looked for that on the back end product pages but I do not see it anywhere.

Can you point me in the right direction?
