Fake customer registration problem

Hello,

I have this famous problem of registering a false customer account.

I installed recaptcha v3, I updated Prestashop to 1.7.8.11 and I set up the validation.php and customer.php overrides
These last 2 are not of much use because the attack has adapted and does not use www in the fields, just a series of letters in upper and lower case and email addresses in a valid format.

I do not know what to do...

Recaptcha v3 only solves the problem of machine batch registration. If your website is manually registered by customers, you will not be able to prevent it. Even if you add a second confirmation of email registration, it will be useless.
It is recommended that you give up. If the fake customers do not affect or damage you, just ignore it.

Hi,

There are alternatives to reCaptcha that are fully functional and effective on the subject covered here.

The advantage is that you don't have to depend on Google and use your visitors' data.
