Theme & Logo Optin missing from design tab

i have install the lastest version i.e 8.1.3 but i am unable to find the them & logo option can any one guide me i am new here

Be careful when you publish screen shot, to not display backoffice url. That can give help to attackers 😞

but do you have the same version, theme, modules? lastest version used by Author is 8.1.3.

This is not the open source version, you are using the Basic edition, version made and supported by Prestashop directly and not the community 😉 Nevertheless try to active or install the module "PrestaShop Design"

over the years I periodically upgraded ps from 1.7 and currently use 8.2. I don't know exactly when this menu disappeared. I don't change the theme often. But today I noticed that this menu is missing. I did a little research and installed the ps_themecusto module https://addons.prestashop.com/en/page-customization/32577-theme-customization.html The customization links have reappeared, but as a separate menu they are no longer included as a submenu in the design menu.

Did someone found the solution? The same happened to me, probably after upgra to 8.2 version.

No theme and logo link is displayed, but by URL it is accesibble

Already did this, installed the  "Theme Customization v1.2.5", everything is the same. No menu link appeared

I don't understand your issue, you have an entry menu Theme & logo

Here is the screenshot from two shops, one is 8.1.3 ver. and the theme & logo link is present in the main menu.

However, on the 8.2.1 version, this menu is absent

It might be some misconfiguration. 

Check if the following entry exists in the ps_Tab table. 

 

Search class_name = "AdminThemes". Enty should be active = 1 & enabeld = 1

Yes, it exists and enabled. That's really strange...

Then, there will be some CSS issues. Some 3rd party modules CSS hiding the same.

At last it has reappeared, but in a different place with different icons. Now it's at the very top of the main menu panel:

It reappeared at the very top but with different icons. So, was not fixed properly.

Tough, it was my local copy, which I started to test a few weeks ago.

Upgraded the prod - no issues, so, maybe there were problems with "1-click upgrade plugin" before.

Just make a copy before an upgrade

Thank you, but the prod has been successfully upgraded, the problem was with the test environment.
