I have installed the recpacha module but it doesn't solve it. Prestashop Addict Posted March 14 Share Posted March 14 Can you configure security threshold in the module? If no this can be the cause. Goto to your google recaptcha console and check the average of secutity level accepted. If the module offers you the possibility to change it, decrease value.
