Installing Prestashop 8.1.4 error

Hi!

Clean installation of Prestashop 8.1.4 on a local Windows 11 computer.
Open Server Panel 5.4.3.
Apache 2.4
php 8.1.9
MariaDB 10.6

An error has occured:

Warning: rename(G:\OSPanel\domains\ps.presta/index.php.temp,G:\OSPanel\domains\ps.presta/index.php): Access denied (code: 5) in G:\OSPanel\domains\ps.presta\index.php on line 1338

Installation index.php code:

I don't understand this error and why was denied access to index.php.temp to rename it to index.php and so on.
I hope anybody can help me.
