TwinkleEye Posted March 3 Share Posted March 3 Hi When some of my cusomers are loggin into my Prestashop they are directed to a blank white page with two words in the upper left corner saying: FATAL ERROR. I tried to reset their password but nothing helped. for a test they provided me login access and I got the same from various browsers. I deleted the user and then they could make a new order. But I do not understand why this is happening, and I need som guidance on how to troubleshoot and fix this.
