How can I change these icons and text to another language or altogether remove this section?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

You can easily change text to another language or remove sections using the admin interface. Here's a simplified guide:

Go to International → Translations. From the first section, choose the translation type. (Module translation in your case). 

Then choose the language and press "Modify". 

You can scroll down to find the text you want to change, or search for the term in the field.

Edit the text in the corresponding field and save the changes.

This looks like a module. If you look at the source code you will quite likely see which module it is.

You can then - as SeifF mentions - go to the Translations page and look for the strings of this module.

I've entered, but when I buy the text, there's no module for it. What module is responsible for that?

It can be both a module and cms. You should know.

The first picture you show tells me nothing. You don't even check a module...

If this was my shop I would have a quick text search for "guarantee" in both the files and the database of the shop. Never search for the ampersand: it could be encoded like & or &
