Bug Products with variations

I have a new product with variation A and B.

Variation A - Body Color - white or black

Variation B - Light color - 3000K or 4000K.

In case i generate all these variations together (4 in total generated at once) - everything works fine. 

But i need these variations to be not connected to each other.

I generate variations Body Color (2 options), then i generate variation Light Color (2 options).

So, i have 2 independent group of variations.

When i go for product page (front end) i see only one group (Light color) but dont see the Body Color options.
