Why is there a price difference between back office and front office?

Hello, I have a question. We migrated an e-commerce site from woocommerce to prestashop via a service provider located in Peru. However, once the migration is done, we discover that there is a major problem with prices.

First of all, the prices were migrated incl. VAT from WooCommerce to be put incl. VAT on PrestaShop. As a result, the back office prices are not good.

But what's more serious is that there is a difference between the prices displayed in the front office and in the back office. And what's more, when you make the correct price modification in the back office, the price remains different on the front.

How to explain this error and how to fix it?
