We provide a module for product carousel (or slider) and the title is for instance "product carousel & slider". If the end user looks for "product carousel slider" (impossible), we show up. If he looks for "product slider", not a chance. Keep in mind that for the very same result in different languages (es, de etc), we show up. One more discovery is that if we reverse the position of the terms (eg slider product in our case), the search results are quite different (we show up). Do you have any relevant experience?
