Prestashop error 500

hi, 

we are having many times this shutdown due to 500 error. 

the hosting says, it is not problem of server, 

i attach screenshots, 

any paid help to resolve this?

Hi, 

Try to activate first debug mode on config/defines.inc.php by change debug from false to true

After that you can send again new screenshot.

the server is shared, so max_questions cannot be upgraded, 

but, why is the error max_questions, if the web only 200 products, not a huge data base,

Known issue on shared hosting. I suggest you to use a cache module, because Prestashop use a lot of SQL ressources and is not very well optimized to limit queries 😞

We already used this one that works perfeclty.

Not many hoster admit that their server is misfiguered.
If you have issues once you change to a better host your shop runs most likely better.

Because this error 500 is frequent recently, 

In the past, it did not happen, and indeed we did not modify on programming,
