Urgent !! Bug in product personalization fields

Hi all,

on 1.7.8.11, I have a bug in the product customization fields.

When a customer enters their personalization, everything is ok but I have text added when it shouldn't!!

if I go to see the order details, I have this bug like in the images.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Anyone have a solution?
