PrestaShop 8.1.2 "Home" and "Settings" tabs in backoffice are empty

I installed PrestaShop 8.1.2 and the "Home" and "Settings" tabs are empty:

Has anyone encountered a similar problem and knows how to fix it?

I also checked the module positions, tried to reinstall the PrestaShop Edition Basic module, but it also doesn't work.

What did you see when you buttons at the bottom of this page?

PrestaShop Edition Basic is not really needed so you can delete the whole module. It may result in problems with some other modules but you can remove those too.
