Display in frontend, no way to be found on back-office

This is quite an odd one:

I got the chance to work on a Prestashop from a new customer. They couldn't edit a block of text/products on the home page. I thought they simply got lost in the back office. But I looked everywhere and there's no way to find this block. I tried to check on the database if the content was stored somewhere, and it seems to be only here inside ps_zone_shop.

Any chance you can help me to climb up the chain, using one of the values in the screenshot, so I can find out what module is causing me trouble?
