500 internal server problem when I access my prestashop backoffice

Hello,

I'm encountering a 500 Internal Server Problem when trying to access in my backoffice. I've tried troubleshooting on my own, but haven't been successful in resolving the issue.

If anyone has experience with this or can provide guidance on how to troubleshoot and fix this problem.

Hello,
After entering BO, it takes too long for a particular module or something it uses to load and doesn't provide a timely response.
Therefore, it gives you a timeout error.
Finding this error is possible, but it might take some time.
Here's what you can do.
You can check by turning off and on individual modules one by one.
