Error: Unable to update definitions - BO product page

Good morning,

We are having a problem updating products from the backoffice of our store kiehls.pt

I've seen other threads on the forum with similar problems, but I haven't found a solution in any of them.

We would appreciate any help as we are unable to update store products.

Prestashop version: 1.7.8.7
PHP version: 7.3.33-8+ubuntu20.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
The error message that appears in BO is

"Unable to update definitions"
