Copy customised feature values from one language to all others

My Prestashop 1.7.8.10 had two languages installed but only one active. For years we've been copying and adding items in this one active language, including customised feature values. I have enabled the other language, and added one more. Obviously customised feature values are out of date for most of the items (as well as item name and description, but those I managed to fix thanks to this forum).

Can you please suggest mysql code to update customised feature values in language 1 and 3 from language 2 ?

make a back up of your database before working on it.

Thanks, will do. But I don't know how to do that. SQL statement would help me a lot.

phpmyadmin over cpanel, plesk, click on the database and export it.
