Problem with duplicate product feature (PS8.1)

If I a duplicate product, the product seem to be duplicated correctly, but then if i delete the images of the product, then I'm unable to upload new images into it.

The upload seem working correctly, in fact i see the photo, but after saving and refresh the page, no images are showed.

With debug mode no detail of the error are showed and in addition it isn't possible to save the product anymore.

While into apache error log I have a 500 error:

POST /admin/index.php/sell/catalog/products/image/upload/5499 HTTP/1.0

To identify the problem more clearly, you can try to find the error by turning on your browser's "Inspect" mode and inspecting the Ajax stream to find any problems uploading images.

That is not an error. It is just a http command.
