Gamusino
Hi, I use Prestashop 8.1.0 and I was viewing my list of products, and I accidentally activated a search filter for the category "Home", but none of my products have that category, but each one has its own. Now all my products are gone, they are not deleted, but none of them appear in the Catalog > Products list, and I don't know how to disable that filter, I don't see any link or button to reset the product page to its normal state. Can anyone help me? Thanks. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
endriu107
This is unusual behaviour, your shop is clean installation or it is upgraded version from 1.7?
Gamusino
It is an 8.1.0 installation There are +100 products, but I can only access them from "Stock" or if I search for their reference.
endriu107
In default is that when you use category filter there still is visible header of product list table. In your shop looks like there is no product at all, maybe you did something in database, or you have some module that manage product and that cuse issue. If you access any of product and then save it it will show on product list?
Gamusino
Solved! Exactly, that's what I thought, but that reset button is nowhere to be found. I assigned the category "Home" to a product, and then it appeared in the list... and with it, the button to reset the filter also appeared. I think it should have been easier and more accessible. Thank you very much for your help!
endriu107
I can't reproduce the issue in 8.1.1 so maybe this is already fixed or this is very specific issue that appears only in some circumstances.
desertscooters
I am having the same issue, on 8.1.0. After a failed csv product import, the back end is showing Products (0) and we cannot access them at all. However, they exist in the database and on the front end. musicmaster
Check the "state" field in the ps_product table. It should be 1.

Nathan_Pereira
would upgrading to the latest version of prestashop fix this issue? Also would upgrading it delete my products from the shop ?
fredfinger
Did you fix this issue ? Because I'm having exactly the same one with a fresh installation 8.1. Products exist in the DB, state to 1 but lthe list dissapeared from BO. Weird...
fredfinger
Sorry I didn't see the post above and how it has been fixed. I did the same and the clear filter button appeared. Perfect (but scary...)
