When trying to create a new order in the Back Office (BO), I can log in and select a customer, but when it comes to choosing products for the cart, it keeps searching for products and doesn't display any results. I have products with combinations. It has always worked fine before. Additionally, when trying to add a product to an existing order, it also doesn't find any products. Can you please help me? musicmaster Posted August 19, 2023 Share Posted August 19, 2023 Prestashop's search function sometimes breaks down. You can find lots of reports about that on this forum.
