Cancelling and refunding an order

Customer has paid with stripe and inadvertently made the order twice and paid for it twice. What is the correct way to cancel the order and issie a refund from Stripe?

Hi, if your stripe module supports refund, refund from module.  This should 1) refund customer and 2) set order status to refunded.

if your stripe module does not support refund, 1) refund from stripe 2) check order, if still valid set order to refunded.
