Prestashop module isnt' show at back-office left bar

Hello, 

I've installed a module for faqs at brand and categories. Something strange happens because I can't access and it doesn't appear at the left bar. As the module is free, they don't have support.

I attached an image.

When I install it under PS 8.0 I see it under the left bar. But there is no Configure option.

Hi.

Check in the database in the table ps_tab and ps_tab_lang if the module exists there.
You also need to check in the module folder if there is a /controllers/admin/ subfolder and a controller file.
If there is no file or record in the database, it will not appear in the left admin menu.

Regarding the configuration of the module, if there is no function for displaying content in the module, there is no "Configure" button.
