Bug with pestashop country localization by browser

I toke some test with prestshop 1.7.8.9 (and some previous versions) and I can see that "Set default country from browser language" feature (on menu "International > Localization"), doesn't work. I tried to set different localization on browsers, but the country is never update and remain the default country setted on prestashop (so tax end shipping cost is not uspdate by localization setted on browsers). The right country is toke by prestashop only by IP if "Geolocation by IP address" feature is active (on menu "International > Geolocation").      

P.s. Instead I can see that work "Set language from browser" feature: if I set a difefrent langage on browser, the website take browser langage setted.
