OutdoorTxs
Hello I just purchased hosting with domain to set up a prestashop with printify as my supplier. I am not able to get printity to intergrate with prestashop. I get a " Whoops failed to connect. Try again later " error. I have an open ticket with printify support, and am waiting on a response from their "technical team", but have been waiting over a week now. Have any of you encountered this issue, or have a possible resolution? Thanks!
ComGrafPL
If they use APi / Module, it's most probably an issue on their side. Check API setting. Maybe it required some permissions to enable.
OutdoorTxs
Im pretty sure the issue is on their side. Im new to presta shop, and webhosting in general. Can you give me some guidance on where I would check the the API settings for any permissions? Thank you! Go in the PrestaShop back office, open the “Web service” page under the “Advanced Parameters” menu, and then choose “Yes” for the “Enable PrestaShop Webservice” option. OutdoorTxs
Ive created a key, and set permissions for the key. Im assuming I need to somehow assign this key to the printify module? Im not sure how I do that
OutdoorTxs
Apparently printify is having some issue with their module, and there no ETA. They suggested I use a differnt shop. Bummer, I was looking forward to using prestashop, and already purchased a hosting plan for it. This was a chat with printify support
