Hi

On our Prestashop site the 'Add to cart' button works if you go straight to the site but will not work if you are logged in. Clicking on the button appears to do nothing until you log out again.

Any ideas why this would happen?

Hi,

- It’s seems that you have 2 unofficial modules for Cart (fmm and ets) -> do you know why ? If not maybe this is the reason.

- Do you have the module « ps_shoppingcart » ? Is it the last version ? If not did you tried to reset it ?
https://github.com/PrestaShop/ps_shoppingcart

- problem Looks like coming from group privileges ? Did you check how privileges are working on prestashop (visitor, guest, customer … ) ?

-> https://docs.prestashop-project.org/1.7-documentation/user-guide/configuring-shop/shop-parameters/customer-settings/groups

- So go to your customer settings of your prestashop and have a look about which module is authorized. If your modules (fmm, ets, shoppingcart are not activated for customer groups, this is the reason!

Hi,

looking at this example thread
https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/1062564-solved-add-to-cart-button-stops-working/

, if you could post the shop's url, maybe the problem can be solved faster.

Meanwhile, although it has different version than yours, one could follow the ambassador's advise to
"... suggest you to turn on debug mode and then check what is this error message"
