s4lvozesta Posted July 11, 2023 Share Posted July 11, 2023 Hi, To enable debug mode :https://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/575132-how-to-enable-debug-mode-on-prestashop-8x-17x-and-older-versions-turn-on-error-reporting-blank-page/ To see (error) log : Usually the debug will show error You can also check the file error_log (usually in root folder of your shop) Or check web server log Last time, I faced similar issue with my installation (forget which version) and solved it like this: <<Only follow below step if you know what you are doing>> download "admin" folder of the exact same version (from prestashop github/re-download the whole zip) rename current admin folder (e.g. myadmin to myadmin2) copy and paste the downloaded admin folder and rename it as myadmin Good luck! Mamen187 Posted July 13, 2023 Author Share Posted July 13, 2023 (edited) Hi, I have replace the admin folder from a clean prestashop downloaded here (https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/releases) Rename the folder to the correct admin folder but when I try to access it, it doesn't load properly. And it doesn't log me in to the admin panel. I also deleted the cache folder but still no positive effect. Any other advise what to do next please?.
